Service Officer Wanted for Summer Period
We are now looking for someone to assist us during the summer vacation period in the role of service officer at one of the service offices in Hallunda, Södertälje, or Nynäshamn.
We work with a service-oriented approach where you and your colleagues take joint responsibility for your assignments and learning.
Main Responsibilities
As a service officer, you will provide quick and professional service to visitors by answering questions from individuals and businesses. A large part of your work involves guiding customers to use the collaborating authorities' e-services and finding information on websites. In your role, it is important that you listen actively, adapt your response to the customer, and have a pedagogical approach.
In your customer meetings, you will have support from the various authorities' IT systems. In addition to introduction and training, time is allocated each day for you to familiarize yourself with the information you need to stay updated on news and changes affecting the service office's operations. You may also work at other service offices, which can sometimes happen at short notice.

Qualifications
You are driven by providing our customers with good service by identifying each customer's needs and providing answers or guidance. Since you work closely with customers, you must feel comfortable in direct meetings with customers from different backgrounds and with varying abilities. In short, we are looking for someone who has both a positive demeanor and the ability to quickly absorb new knowledge.
We are looking for someone who has:
- An ongoing or completed academic education of at least 180 credits
- At least two years of experience in a service profession where you have informed and guided customers in personal meetings
- Knowledge in information retrieval and experience using e-services
Furthermore, you should have the following abilities:
- Quickly establish contact with others in an objective and professional manner
- Map the customer's needs by asking questions and listening actively
- Communicate orally and in writing in Swedish
- Communicate orally in English
- Adapt your working methods to the varying needs of customers
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Contribute positively to the team's results and collaboration
Other Information
The employment is temporary during the period of June-August. The position is 100%. Start date by agreement. We do not have the possibility for remote work. Travel may occur. Employment requires a satisfactory result in a security review, and the position may be classified in a security class, which also involves a background check.

We plan to conduct interviews during weeks 11-12. In March/April, a security review is planned, which requires a physical interview/discussion at one of the offices in Stockholm County during office hours.
